    JD Motorsports, a team that's been part of the Xfinity series since 1983 looks to be shutting down or at least scaling back. Mass layoffs and they've filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy. Sad news for a team that's been around for so long.

    So, Zane Smith's name has now been linked to the third FRM seat. He drove some for them last year and it looks like he's a man without a team after this season unless they TH loans him out again. Sam Mayer is still in the mix. Pockrass also reporting Christian Eckes is a possibility.
