Fightful Select reports “Lady Frost will become a free agent at midnight.”

Frost was previously signed to AEW. She last wrestled for AEW in January 2026, losing to Mina Shirakawa on Collision. Along with competing on Collision, she made appearances on ROH TV. She also wrestled for CMLL and has remained active on the independent scene.

There might be something there but in the several years that she's been on my radar, I could not tell you of any particular moments that have stood out or anything character-wise that makes me invested in her. She might have grown more by now if she didn't have the falling out with TNA, she seems like well cut-out to be a Knockout.

It will be interesting to see what direction she takes next. She has built solid experience across AEW, ROH, and other promotions, so she has options. Free agency could give her a chance to showcase her skills more consistently, whether that is through independent bookings or potentially returning to a larger promotion with a bigger role.

she is definley going back to cmll and the indies

unlese she signs with tna while going back to the indies at the same time
