2019 Women’s Royal Rumble Match
The opening contest of the night was the second ever women’s Royal Rumble match. Where the last woman in the ring at the conclusion of the match would earn themselves a women’s championship opportunity at WrestleMania 35.

The first two entrants into the match were Alicia Fox from Monday Night RAW and Tuesday Night Smackdown’s Becky Lynch. The latter that being the “Lass Kicker” (Lynch) would dominate the former (Fox).
3# Bianca Belair
Soon joined by the first entrant from NXT in the form of the self-proclaimed “B.E.S.T of N.X.T” Bianca Belair who took the fight two both Fox and Lynch.
4# Bayley
Bayley made a beeline for Belair while both Lynch and Fox attempted to recover from Belair’s onslaught.
5# Billie Kay
6# Dana Brooke
Brooke fought Fox, Kay tried to hold her own against Lynch, and Belair and Bayley traded blows.
7# Candice LeRae
Lynch scored here first elimination by doing away with Kay, while Bayley was able to negate Belair. Then grabbed Fox from behind and threw her out of the ring.

8# Carmella
The eighth entrant was the “Princess of Staten Island” herself Carmella who hit a Superkick on Lynch. Then hit another one on Belair followed up with a Mella Buster on Bayley.
9# Ember Moon
Moon did make her way into the squared circle to join the match but of course she didn’t do it in the normal way. Instead, she got to the ringside area and then climbed up onto one of the top turnbuckles. From here she proceeded to launch herself of it and took out both Carmella and LeRae with a Double Eclipse.

The “Twisted” Nikki Cross hightailed it into the match unleashed utter carnage on everyone.

A self-proclaimed “Queen of WWE” took part in the match and made her presence known very quickly.

However, they wouldn’t be able to celebrate this joint elimination as Jax came up from behind them. From here she grabbed each of them with one of her hands and eliminated both of them.

The final two women in only the second ever women’s Royal Rumble were the “Lass Kicker” Becky Lynch and Nia Jax. The history between the final two women is well-known and there was no love loss between them. They collided into each other in the middle of the ring. Jax was able to control her smaller opponent in the short term but in the grand scheme of things this just wouldn’t be enough. As Lynch was able to getter the better of her charging and proceeded to pull the top and middle ropes down and Jax crashed to the floor.

As soon as the opening bell rang out both champion and challenger met in the very middle of the ring. Asuka took control of the match from the get go and proceeded to dish out some very justified brutality on her opponent. About ten minutes into this one-on-one women’s division match over the WWE Smackdown Women’s Championship.
The other Bella twin that being Brie Bella got on apron of the ring and succeeded in getting the “Empress of Tomorrow’s” attention. As a direct a result of this down right blatant interference at the hands of Brie, two things were set in motion. First it distracted the referee and second it allowed her sister the opportunity to take control of the match. However, the ref would gain the ire of both Bella twins when he proceeded to send Brie to the bank, as a result Asuka was able to get back in control. From here Asuka trapped her opponent in the Asuka Lock and a screaming Nikki Bella was forced to submit to the hold.

Pre-recorded promos from the WWE RAW Tag Team Champions, Bobby Roode & Chad Gable©. And their opponents for tonight the former champions the Authors of Pain. With Roode and Gable promising to do their best to retain the gold. Whereas the monstrous duo of Akam and Rezar stated they would steam role over the champions and reclaim the gold.

The pair of Chad Gable and Akam kicked this match off with the latter taking the early advantage. Eventually Akam would drag a beaten down Gable over to his corner and make the tag to Rezar. Who continued to destroy Gable for another five minutes, however Gable would summon an amount of strength to level his opponent with a German Suplex. Gable would end up managing to make the journey across to tag in a fired up Roode.
Who dragged Rezar up just to put him down with a clothesline, then he proceeded to knock Akam off the ring apron. From here he would drag Rezar back to his feet and proceeded to drag him over to his team’s corner and tagged in Gable. Who climbed up to the top turnbuckle, from here they hit a Neckbreaker/Diving Moonsault for the win.

Jey Uso took the fight to Sheamus for the first ten minutes of this encounter with both fighting like men possessed. Then Jey managed to tag in his brother Jimmy at the exact same time that Sheamus did the same to Cesaro.
Cesaro would end up dominating Jimmy for another five minutes then proceeded to throw him into the Bar’s corner of the ring. From here he made the tag to Sheamus who proceeded to Brogue Kick Jimmy and cover him while Cesaro knocked Jey off the apron.

The defending champion that being the “Baddest Woman on the Planet” Ronda Rousey, wasted little time in taking her opponent down to the mat. From here she set her sights on her opponent’s left arm and focused her efforts on it. However, Bliss would eventually gain control by way of a cheap shot to one of Rousey’s eyes.
Then she beat her opponent down and used a combination of rule bending and downright cheating to keep her recently won control of the flow of the match. In the end Bliss dragged a downed Rousey over to one of the corners of the ring, then proceeded up to the top rope. From here she launched herself into the air in the form of an attempted Twisted Bliss only for Rousey to get her knees up. Then kept hold of her opponent and turned it into a successful pinfall.

The penultimate match started off with a bang in the form of Balor sending his opponent flying backwards into one of the corners of the ring with a Shotgun Dropkick. Only for Reigns to somehow absorbed the impact and came firing out of the corner with a Superman Punch which floored Balor. Who proceeded to make his exit from the squared circle by rolling out under the bottom rope. Determined to continue to be a fighting champion, Reigns soon made his exit from the ring. As a direct result of this decision made by the champion, he was caught unaware by a recovered Balor who took the fight to his opponent.
Eventually both the champion and challenger made the return to the squared circle where Reigns attempted a Superman Punch only for Balor to catch it and turn it into a 1916 for a close two count. Balor climbed up to the top rope and attempted a Coupe De Grace immediately after this only for Reigns to move at the last second. Which resulted in an unsteadily landing for Balor and left him open for a Spear from Reigns which got him the win.

The main event kicked off with a pair of babyfaces drawing the first two entries into the 2019 men’s Royal Rumble. That being the pair of Zack Ryder and Xavier Woods, who shook hands as a sign of mutual respect before proceeding to lock up in the middle of the ring.
3# Tyler Bate
With the arrival of Tyler Bate as third entrant we also got ourselves at the first superstar from NXT UK. He took the fight to first Ryder and then did the same with Woods.
4# Sin Cara
Cara made a beeline for Ryder while the duo of Woods and Bate traded blows.
5# Shelton Benjamin
The “Golden Standard” had a mission on his mind when he entered the squared circle. That mission being to level the four other superstars already in the ring with a variety of different Suplex’s.
6# Seth Rollins
Rollins burst on the scene and proceeded to brawl with Benjamin then Cara, Bate after that. He followed this up by laying out both Woods and Ryder with a Double Clothesline.
7# Samoa Joe
Joe made an instant impact by laying waste to the field of competition and ended Cara’s time in the match.

RKO to Rollins, RKO to Cole, Double RKO to Black and Ciampa, basically RKOs for everyone. Orton picked Cole up and threw him out then did the same to Black. Kingston managed the herculean task of eliminated both Harper and Strowman at the same time.

While the pair of Rollins and Ambrose were brawling near the ropes McIntyre proceeded to tip both men out to the floor. Styles also managed to do away with Ciampa, while Ziggler eliminated McIntyre with a Superkick at the same time.

The final four was made up of Kofi Kingston, Dolph Ziggler, AJ Styles and Randy Orton. Kingston got rid of Ziggler while Orton did the same with Styles leaving only two men left.

Orton proceeded to lay Kingston out with a brutal RKO and then backed up into one of the corners. It was like the WWE Universe was sent back to the year of 2009. As Orton attempted to take Kingston’s head off with a Punt Kick, and yelling STUPID! when Kingston began to rise up. From here Kingston recovered enough to catch Orton with the Trouble in Paradise and before Orton could fall sent him flying over the top rope for the last elimination.
