The merger will always be somewhat of a worry potentially just bc it's a new corporate to deal with. I'm pretty sure Zsaslav is staying on and that's the dude that Tony loves so I wouldn't think it would be an issue anytime soon. The current deal will just play out and then Tony should def look at options

And as far as UFC being on Paramount goes, the deal is already too heavily scrutinized, they can't afford to let that affect AEW anyway really, I don't actually think that part matters at all.
